- Study the effect of approximating space or angle first. It doesn't matter in a full expansion, but it does for low orders as they are not independent variables.

- Currently, GMRES doesn't like reflecting boundaries. I'm sure I'm just missing something...
- Class Livolant
- Livolant, like GMRES, seems to work poorly for reflected conditions. There probably is a proper "consistent" way to include these conditions, but I don't know it yet.
