Prologue
========

These materials are draft lecture notes for NE 415 - Introduction to
Engineering Analysis. The course emphasizes computational problem solving
for engineering analysis using Python and the scientific Python ecosystem.

These notes started as the noted I wrote for ME 400.  Some of that material 
has been shifted to appendices, while NE 415-specific content is still 
evolving.
